Pastor Jim Ritter has been an AFLC pastor for the past 20 years. He served as both Associate & Sr. Pastor at Emmaus Lutheran in Bloomington, MN for 12 years before moving his family to Parker, CO. Jim spent 6 years at Living Water Christian Church, a new AFLC church plant, before returning to the Minneapolis area in 2006.

Currently Jim serves as Pastor of Faith Lutheran Church in Shakopee, MN. He is married to Judy (22 years). Together they enjoy the gift & blessing of raising their 3 children, Emily (18), Sarah (16), and Joshua (12).

A passion of Jim's is to reach men for Jesus, equip them and then disciple men one on one.
