Our History The ARC is owned and operated by the Association of Free Lutheran
Congregations (AFLC).
The Association Retreat Center (ARC) operated as a United States Air Force
Radar Base and was purchased by the AFLC in 1979.
We have operated as a Christian retreat center and Bible Camp since that time. The ARC is utilized by scholastic groups, as well as a variety of Christian youth and adult groups.
Mission Statement
The ARC seeks to glorify God by partnering with the
local congregation to lift up, change and strengthen
individuals by presenting the gospel of Jesus
Christ, winning people to Christ, and building
individual faith to further equip them for their
ministry.
The ARC also seeks to provide a positive, safe,
enriching environment for leadership building,
project completion and fellowship where guests can
develop character and positive life skills.
Vision
The ARC is a holy
sanctuary; A place of refuge for restoration,
energizing and equipping individuals to serve God. A
place where people can play, study and grow
spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally and
socially. All tended to by a competent, responsive,
loving, God honoring staff.
Thanks for visiting and we look forward to serving you.
