Pastor Eric grew up in northern Minnesota in an AFLC congregation. He attended AFLBS and then went on to earn a Bachelors of Theology.

He has been active in ministry since High School, spending nearly ten years in youth work.

He and his family moved to the Amery area in the fall of 2005 where he began serving Amery Free Lutheran as Youth Pastor.

In the summer of 2008 he accepted their call to serve as Senior Pastor.

He and his wife, Andrea, have been married for 8 years and have two
children, Macy and Anna.
