Thank you for YOUR INTEREST IN A Summer Youth Retreat at the ARC!

All campers are required to register under a recognized youth group. By completing registration, you acknowledge that you are enrolling as part of a youth group and agree to be associated with that group for the duration of the event. This ensures clear communication, appropriate supervision, and alignment between campers and designated youth leadership.

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED UNDER A YOUTH GROUP USING A GROUP HOLD CODE. YOUR YOUTH LEADER MUST CONTACT THE ARC IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE YOUR GROUP’S UNIQUE HOLD CODE PRIOR TO REGISTRATION.

This camp is intentionally designed to include both individual and group-based programming. All lodging assignments will be made exclusively by youth group, and campers will only be housed with students from their registered youth group. No cross-group housing requests will be accommodated. Final rooming assignments are determined by the Association Retreat Center (ARC) in coordination with youth group leadership to ensure safety, supervision, and appropriate accommodations.

Housing, small groups, and activities will be organized based on youth group affiliation to support deeper connection, discipleship, and group development throughout the week.

Supervision Requirement (Polk County Compliance):
All participating youth groups must meet applicable Polk County supervision requirements. Each youth group is required to provide:

  • A minimum ratio of 1 adult leader for every 10 students

  • At least one male adult leader for male students and one female adult leader for female students

Adult leaders must be actively supervising campers at all times, including during lodging hours, activities, and transitions throughout the day. Youth groups are responsible for ensuring that their leadership meets these requirements for the entirety of the event. The ARC reserves the right to require additional supervision or limit participation if these standards are not met.

This camp is programmed for both individual and group learning. Room assignments, small groups, and activities will be based on your registered youth group. Our goal is to keep your group together so you can grow deeper in your faith, strengthen your devotional life, and develop as a unified group.

If a camper does not currently have a youth group affiliation, they may still attend. Please contact the ARC prior to registration for assistance. The ARC will work to place the camper with an appropriate group for programming and housing purposes, based on availability and staffing; however, placement cannot be guaranteed and must still meet supervision requirements.

By registering, participants and their parent/guardian (if applicable) acknowledge and accept these terms, including compliance with all supervision and safety requirements.
