Attention Youth Leaders, Parents and Chaperones!!!
The ARC has guidelines for camper to Chaperone ratio to provide students with a well rounded and supportive atmosphere. We at the ARC strive to create Christ Centered programming where students can “Come Away to rest A While” and engage with Jesus, learn with others, and dig deep into His word that will have lasting Kingdom impact on their souls. To do this, take note of our camper to chaperone guidelines so that students can be engaged, supported and guided while they are learning, engaging and guided by His word.
ARC Youth Retreats Student to Chaperone Ratio:
10 students or fraction thereof to 1 chaperone
(it is to note that these chaperones should be specific to each gender)
As always if you have questions or concerns, please contact the ARC at 715-294-2877 or arccamps@arc-aflc.org
Each adult attending MUST complete the Mandatory form for registration assuring a background check was completed by their church and the church has it on record.
